Tesla Towing in Toronto

A Tesla that won't power on or won't go into neutral can't just be dragged onto a truck. We use specialized dollies or a flatbed so no wheel turns on the road.

When a Tesla has power, our driver puts it into Transport Mode, which releases the parking brake so the car can be winched onto a flatbed.

When it doesn't, because of a dead 12-volt battery, crash damage or a fault, the wheels stay locked. We lift it onto specialized towing dollies so all four wheels are off the ground, then move it to the flatbed or straight to the Tesla service centre or body shop you choose.

We tow Teslas locally and long distance, including to Tesla service centres and Tesla-approved collision centres across the GTA.

Step by step

How tesla towing works

  1. Call dispatchCall (647) 863-6271. Tell us where you are, your vehicle's make and model, and what happened. You get the price and an arrival estimate before anything is booked.
  2. Power checkWe check if the car has power. A dead 12-volt battery is a common reason a Tesla won't unlock or shift.
  3. Transport Mode or dolliesIf the screen works, we use Transport Mode. If it won't go into neutral, we lift it onto specialized dollies.
  4. Flatbed to Tesla service or your shopThe car is strapped down on a flatbed and delivered to a Tesla service centre, collision centre or home.

Tesla Transport Mode

Transport Mode keeps the parking brake released so the car can roll onto a flatbed. It only works when the car has power and the touchscreen responds. If it doesn't, the wheels stay locked, which is when we use dollies.

Models we handle

Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck. Each sits low and carries a heavy battery, so we lift and strap them carefully.
